SEER GUI

To use the GUI, you will need a JVM. Version 1.5 at a minimum though 1.6 seems to be faster. You will also need to make sure that rpcproxy.py is somewhere in your path on users. This program accepts XMLRPC connections on a SSH connection from your desktop to users and then forwards those requests to either the XMLRPC server on boss or on the experiment control node depending on the method name.

The controls portion is responsible for queuing or sending live events to effect the agents in the experiment. New agent types can be specified in a simple syntax.

The topology portion displays a picture of the topology that gives a live view of regular and attack traffic in the experiment. By clicking on a link or node, a graph of that point will be loaded into a separate window of single graphs.
